Thank you for shopping with Franklin Mugs. Every mug we create is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are crafted by hand rather than mass-produced, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Processing Time

All orders are handmade and require time to produce before they are shipped.

Our standard processing and shipping timeframe is 7–14 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that during busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our handmade products.


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's delivery progress.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping timeframe, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Holiday shipping volumes

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Supply shortages

  • Other unforeseen events

Franklin Mugs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your package has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or package rerouting.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your property.

  • Ask household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

Franklin Mugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the damage

We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country's customs office.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Delivery Estimates

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
